AWOFINC offers students and recent graduates the opportunity to gain professional experience in a nonprofit faith-based organization.
AWOFINC believes in challenging interns with relevant, interesting projects, providing leadership opportunities and making them full members of the Core Team. Interns leave AWOFINC with a practical appreciation for the demands and rewards of nonprofit work.

The responsibilities include the overseeing of Community Resources and all kinds of activities. The Intern gets involved with community affairs and helps residents who are in need.

The Community Resource Director manages all aspects of the community resources, community based participatory partnerships and linkages.

This position is responsible for promoting AWOFINC and affiliates programs and increase community participation.

Social Worker Assists individuals and families through emotional support advocacy and guidance in developing and using their own potential to more adequately meet their social, health, emotional and economic needs.
